Time Savers for Eating Nutritiously

I used to do this a lot this summer and stopped and now started up again.  I like to make a few salads at a time to have on hand in the frig.  I eat way more salad when it is already prepared.  If you need to get more greens in I recommend doing this for sure.  I also love my those little containers from the Container Store because they don't leak.
