My Two Favorites & More

My classic favorite juice I like to make is first a green one:

  • celery 
  • cucumber
  • greens (kale, spinach, collard greens, or swiss chard or a combination of them)
  • green apple
The reward for the green drink - amazing!
  • oranges
  • strawberries
  • blueberries
Other Good ones
  • small lemon/lime peeled 
  • 1 cup of berries 
  • 3 oranges peeled 
  • 1 scoop of super green foods (optional
  • add water to 8 oz 



  • 4 carrots 
  • 1 handful of parsley 
  • 2 apples 
  • 1 scoop of super green foods (optional)
  • add water to 8 oz 

Benefits of Ginger = Good for helping with cancer,  headaches, morning sickness, heartburn, menstrual cramping, and migraine relief!  Its anti-inflammatory makes it great for reducing pain and inflammation.  Also, a natural treatment for colds and the flu.  

  • 2 apples 
  • 1/2 inch sliced ginger root 
  • 1/2 small lemon/lime 
  • 1 scoop of super green foods (optional)
  • add water to 8 oz 
  • 3 inch slice pineapple 
  • 1/4 inch ginger root 
  • 1 handful of parsley
