This is what I do each morning- I just pack a gallon size bag with my food for the day.
See that little tuna cup- it is great- only 80 calories and easy to just eat right out of the container (no draining)

tTook us 11 hours including the stops to drive to Utah from Rancho Cucamonga.
Ryan who is 5 years was so excited to go snowboarding for the first time.
He wore his helmet and goggles for about 8 hours of the car trip- so so funny.
My aunts, uncles, grandpa all talking. This is what my family always does- everyone talks really loud, all the time, and no one listens- hillarious!
I want to be like my grandpa- 82 years old and still skiing!!
He is so active, works out, and eats healthy!
I'm telling you healthy eating and physical activity will keep you young, strong, and healthy.
