I have some great workout plans I designed that are great to target the muscles pregnant moms need to target to help with delivery and after the baby.

SO. ..I'm really putting a lot of hope into this pilates class I just started. I'm just hoping this baby will just fly right out of me. Even if my dreams of that happening does not come true, at least all these kegels we do in class will help keep me from peeing when I sneeze or laugh.
