My classic favorite juice I like to make is first a green one:
- celery
- cucumber
- greens (kale, spinach, collard greens, or swiss chard or a combination of them)
- green apple
The reward for the green drink - amazing!
- oranges
- strawberries
- blueberries

- small lemon/lime peeled
- 1 cup of berries
- 3 oranges peeled

- 1 handful of parsley
