Class Updates

NO Class Tonight
Due to the expected thunder storms starting at 5pm and the unsafe conditions on the road class is cancelled tonight 12/21 5:30-6:30pm.

Come to class tomorrow morning!

Please meet at the PARKING GARAGE(same place as Monday's workout).

If you do not know where the parking garage is, please arrive EARLY to the normal class location at the Torrey Hills Community park.  I will meet you at the park and you can follow me to the parking garage (only a few min a way). I will leave the park at 6:00am to drive to the parking garage. 
Those who know where the parking garage = Jamie will meet you there with the jump ropes.  Please make two lines with your mats.  Lay your mat directly across from your partners (choose some one close to your same fitness level) and start jumping rope to warm up. You will need your 5#DB. 

GOOD NEWS= I'm extending this session out one more week!  Instead of ending on the 15th, our last class will now be one week later on Saturday January 22nd.  The January session will then start on January 31st. 

Don't forget that there is no class on Dec. 23, 24, & 25th.

Class Cancelled

Hi Ladies,

It's just nasty out there and supposed to get worse through the night and continue tomorrow, so class tomorrow morning at 5:30-6:30am Mission Bay is cancelled. 
Use this time to get a little extra sleep if your body needs it or enjoy your indoor workout.
Check your email for an amazing total body workout you can do at home.
