Berry Vanilla Protein Shake


Great Breakfast Shake





Had 1/4 of protein shake before boot camp class



Super quick and easy to make in the Vitamix blender


Had the rest of the protein shake in my to go cup to drink in my car after class easy way to get in a lot of fiber and protein.


  • 1 scoop Jay Robb vanilla whey protein powder
  • 3/4 frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup Greek total zero yogurt
  • 1 cup water/ 1 cup ice
  • Mix in blender

250 calories total
