August 23rd

Pre-Boot Camp Breakfast
1/2 c. Greek Total Zero Yogurt w/ 47 g banana = 100 calories
Snack while making Breakfast
3/4 c. Cinnamon Puffins with 10 Raw Almonds = 170 calories
Post-Boot Camp Breakfast 
1/2 Light Multigrain English Muffin w/ 1/4 tsp Smart Balance (calories = 54.2)
1/2 Reddi Eggs/ 1 cup spinach/ 1/2 peppers/ 1 clove garlic/ 2 Tbsp FF Cottage Cheese (calories = 126)
1 c cantaloupe/ 2 tbsp blueberries/ 1/4 c raspberries/1/4 c blackberries/ 1/4c strawberries (calories = 115.25) 
Snack - 1/4 c bran flakes w/ 10 dark chocolate chips (63.7 calories) 

Snack- 101 g celery w/ 1 tbsp pb and an apple w/ cinnamon (calories= 106) 
Lunch- This is so good!!  Will make this again for sure.  Super easy and fast. 
Portabella Boca Burger
  • 2 Portabella mushrooms
  • Flame grilled Boca Burger
  • 1 Light Mozzarella string cheese
  • lettuce
  • sliced tomato
  • 1 tbsp TJ BBQ sauce
Grilled mushrooms and boca burger on panini grill and stacked all ingredients into a sandwich
Calories = 217.5

Dessert- 20 g Solo Bar (calories = 80)

Dinner I- Fish Taco- wasn't that good- I think too much lime and cabbage
  • La Tortilla Factory tortilla 
  • 2.5 oz tilapia
  • 2 tbsp black beans
  • cabbage
  • Greek yogurt
  • tomato
  • 1 oz. avocado 
  • lime juice
Calories = 204.75

Dinner II - Still hungry, so I made a quick breakfast sandwich
  • Light Multi grain English Muffin - toasted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice TJ Canadian bacon
  • spinach
Calories = 190
