Kale Chips

Craving something salty? Seriously, try making these, they are so good for you because kale is such a nutrient dense food, and this recipe makes them tastes like a chip.

New favorite snack if I want some thing salty.
  • Wash, cut off stem, and spin kale in salad spinner
  • Whisk together 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar, 2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil, 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • Pre-heat oven to 350-375 degrees
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Tear kale into 2-4 inch pieces
  • Toss kale with mixture till all the leaves are covered
  • Spread them out on parchment paper
  • Bake 10-15 min, turn them over half way (about 5 min)
  • Edges should be brown and crispy, but you want to avoid over cooking them
