Always start my day with hot lemon water. 1/2 lemon squeezed and dropped in my mug with 1 cup of hot water. Very cleansing and good to do before eating anything.
Had some green tea with lemon. Just getting back into hot tea. I love hot tea, but like to drink it a lot more in the fall/winter season.
Still drinking... didn't finish this- 2 cups of black coffee- nothing added. Am boot camp classes, this is why I go to the bathroom in every class. I think I need to cut back a little. I just love to sit down and drink in the morning while I plan out my day, make my lists, and do my devotions.

2/3 cup cup cinnamon puffins w/ 10 raw almonds (170 calories)
