November 19th

Post-Workout Breakfast
Oatmeal - 195 calories
Mixed Fruit- 1 cup cantaloupe/1/4 cup raspberries/1/4 cup strawberries/1/4 cup blackberries = ~83 calories
- I already had the fruit washed, cut, measured, and ready in the frig, which makes it so much easier when I come home hungry from boot camp. I also had the oatmeal measured and on the counter, so it would be quick as well.


Snack
1/2 cup Bran w/ 15g chocolate chips (love this!)


Lunch

Already peeled and cut the squash last night, measured the pine nuts, and spinach, so it would be easy for today. I ate this while I made the turkey burgers.

Butternut Spinach Salad (124 calories)

3 cups spinach

7g pine nuts

130g butternut squash (roasted with one spray olive oil and pepper)


40g sweet potato fries - tried to dip them in Dijon mustard...umm..not so good.

Mediterranean Turkey Burger- will post recipe as one on my recipes of the week for the newsletter - had ff feta, parsley, garlic, and Dijon mustard (70 calories for turkey burger/130 calories for bun)

Had 1/2 of the bun (65calories)

Oh no...more frozen yogurt. It is addicting. 32 calories for 1/2 a cup. I counted this as 2 cups to be on the safe side.

Dinner
1/2 of the same turkey burger (105 calories ) w/ a side of steamed veggies (25 calories)
This time I mixed one tsp of TJ ketchup with 1 tsp of Dijon mustard for the burger and it was really good.

Dessert
More bran cereal with chocolate chips!

and some pro2O (25 calories)

Finished the day with a shot of Apple Cider Vinegar.
