February 26th - mini cheesecakes

I always start my day with 1/2 lemon squeezed with 2 cups hot water


Breakfast- 273.5 cal
  • oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ
  • 1/4 scoop Reset Protein powder
  • 40g banana
  • 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 medifast 55 cal w/ 1 cup black coffee- had the medifast and packed the oatmeal to go. The insulated lunch bags are great not only to keep things cold, but to also keep things warm.


Truchocolate- I haven't been craving chocolate and I think it is because of these.

Breakfast #2
  • 1/2 grapefruit (50 cal)
  • breakfast burrito (214 cal) (1 cup spinach, 1/2 roma, 1/2 cup egg whites, 1/2 real egg, garlic, 1 light laughing cow square, la tortilla tomato basil wrap)

Snack
  • apple w/ sprinkled cinnamon (80cal)
  • tru choc (36 cal)
  • 2/3 cup puffins w/ 13 raw almonds (180 cal)

Appetizer
  • two lettuce wraps (35 calories)

Lunch (145 cal)
  • 1/2 flame grilled Boca burger
  • 1/2 ezekiel bun
  • lettuce, tomato, TJ ketchup

Dessert- Mini Cheesecakes (78.5 calories)
  • 1 graham cracker
  • 1 tablespoon low fat riccota cheese
  • 1 large strawberry
You bet I was excited when I made this and it tasted really good!


Dinner (185 calories)
  • 186g zucchini
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 mushroom
  • 1/3 cup meal starters
  • 1/2 cup Classico spagettii sauce
  • italian seasoning
  • 1 spray olive oil
  • 1 slice whole wheat garlic toast w/ smart balance
I'm testing out this new bread from Whole Foods, so I can talk about it on Sunday's grocery store trip.
