Mary's Crackers w/ Avocado
I love this snack! New favorite snack.
Mary's Crackers (on sale at Henry's)
1/2 Avocado sprinkled with Kelp seasoning (trying to get in more sea vegetables)
I like to dip the cracker right into the avocado.
Mary's Crackers are a healthy choice because they are wheat-free, gluten-free, no added oils or fats, have a variety of flavors, organic, kosher, non-GMO, Vegan-Dairy free, and Contains 450mg of omega-3 fatty acids per serving.
They are made with brown rice, quinoa, flaxseeds, and sesame seeds.
13 crackers for 140 calories, 3g protein, 3g fiber!
I also like to add some turkey with the avocado and crackers.
The vegetable brown rice crackers are also really good.
