I loved the cooking class at Optimal Nutrition. I just love learning little tips that make cooking taste better and a little easier. The chefs did such a great job. We started with a sample of a fruit smoothie. black bean hummus with pita chips- I will have as the recipe of the week for this weeks newsletter. We also had Turkey and Green chili Quesadilla, but unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of it. We also had a great Caprese salad that was really quick to make.
