Surf Camp

Dan's family was down here last week while our nephews were in surf camp at Moonlight beach.
I recommend Billabong surf camp for sure. They are surfing so well and have improved so much just after one week.


I love this new sunscreen from Neutrogena because it is not greasy and smells nice. It is a good suntan lotion for everyday use.

I would pack my cooler everyday with feel good food.
I love my vegetables and hummus packs.

I made different salads everyday.
Today was mixed greens, tuna, quinoa, and Annie's Green dressing.

Egg whites with sea vegetable sprinkle and greek yogurt with berries and almonds make a perfect beach breakfast.
