7 layer dip

If you missed the Whole Foods grocery store trip, I made this dip for the girls.
7 layer dip is normally so high is calories, so I made some good switches to keep the same great taste and make it healthy for you.
With Football season, I think this makes a great dish that everyone loves and is so quick and easy to make.

I used the Blue Corn Tortilla Chips because they have more protein, less starch, and a lower glycemic index than regular tortilla chips.
I layered
  • Amy's light in sodium refried black beans
  • Fage Greek Total Zero Yogurt
  • Red Onion
  • Avocado
  • Tomatoes
  • Sprinkle of Mexican Cheese Blend
  • (you can also add in green onion, olives, salsa)
