Apple Cinnamon Pears


Juicing in the morning gives me crazy energy. I love 2 celery, 2 carrots, greens, and 1 beet.

Easy loaded vegetable wrap. This was a good one. 200 calories
  • Spelt tortilla
  • 2 oz applegate farms turkey
  • spinach, greens
  • peeled carrot
  • peeled daikon radish
  • broccoli sprouts
  • 1.5tsp garlic hummus
After today workout this was the perfect way to refuel.

I just wrapped it in foil to have after class. A good way to get in lots of vegetables.
Apple Cinnamon Pears
I just peeled a green apple and a pear, put them in the skillet with some cinnamon and cooked until soft. The perfect warm dessert.
