If you find that you have a hard time staying within your calorie range, or eating healthy, I recommend planning your food out the morning of or the night before. It makes it so much easier to not have to think about what you are going to eat.

- apple & Puffins & raw almonds for snacks
- Lentils, brown rice, salad, and broccoli for lunch
- Salad w/ Grilled Ahi for dinner
