Tempeh Stir Fry

I tried to mimic the wok brown rice from the Naked Cafe. It turned out great, but not the same.
I used tamari, rice vinegar, ginger, sesame seeds, and toasted sesame seeds with zucchini, celery, carrots, broccoli, and shitaki mushrooms, tempeh, and brown rice.



I used the regular tempeh from Whole Foods, but I just noticed that Trader Joe's has tempeh!!!!
I have not tried it yet, but I'm sure it is good. I like this stuff because it is fermented soy (better for you than processes soy), so your body is better able to digest and use the nutrients in it. It has a nutty taste and I really like using it in stir fry.
I like to make a big batch and have left overs for the next few days.
