Breakfast Burrito & Grapefruit for Weight Loss


Eggs make a great breakfast post-workout to get protein in early in the day and goes great with lots of vegetables.
I used 2 eggs, spinach, peppers, garlic, wrapped in an Ezekiel sprouted tortilla. Quick, easy, and healthy breakfast. If you are in a hurry to get to work after boot camp, it is an easy breakfast to wrap up in foil and take it with you on the go.

I also like to make the eggs with veggies in an omelet/pancake form.
Grapefruit is also a good fruit to have for breakfast and helps with weight loss. Grapefruit is low in calories, high water content, high in potassium, and high in fat burning enzymes. I like the organic ruby red grapefruit and I pick it up and smell it to make sure it smells like a grapefruit.
