I popped off most of the outer shells of the garbanzo beans before I made a batch of hummus in the vitamix and it worked to "de-gas" the hummus. Christa suggested that I do this to make them easier to digest. The shells are in the right bowl and the beans in the left.
Brought a plate of veggies and hummus to watch the playoffs. Dan said I would probably bring some healthy dish no one would eat, but everyone finished off all the veggies :)
So sad about the Chargers:(
