This workshop goes beyond calorie counting and breaking a sweat to take control of your health and make the weight melt off.
- Is your weight not changing no matter how much you workout and how little you eat?
- Do you keep losing and gaining the same frustrating 5, 10, 15, 0r 20 pounds?
- Have you been diagnosed with hyper or hypothyroidism?
- Do you still feel so drained , fatigued, and tired no matter how many hours of sleep you get?
- Would you like less wrinkles, less breakouts, and more glowing skin?
- Are you moods unpredictable?
- Do you have severe PMS, PCOS, Metabolic Syndrome, or diabetes?
- Are you working hard to get the body you want, but it is not happening?
If you answered yes to any of the above and would like that to change, you should be there and if the women in your life have the same issues forward this on to them and invite them.
A healthy Pomegranate Berry or Almond butter banana Protein Shake will be provided.
If you are enrolled in the full program, the workshop is FREE! If you are in the maintenance program, have a friend that would like to attend, or if you are not in class the workshop is $25. You can pay via the evite.
