no-mayo deviled eggs

Becky Bravo gave me the idea to make these (thanks!)
I try to have one whole hard boiled egg (for the balance of essential fatty acids and all the nutrients found in the yoke) and one egg white, but I hate the egg yokes when hard boiled.  This recipe make them taste a whole lot better.
  • Hard boiled egg
  • Dijon Mustard (I like the Annie's)
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
