Burger Lounge

After 17 years of NOT eating any red meat, I had my first burger last week!
I'm adding in a small amount of hormone free/organic/grass fed red meat for my health. 
Toxins are stored in the fat and the muscle, so make sure you are eating quality grass fed beef. 
I can't believe how much chewing it takes, but it kept me full for hours.  I skipped the bun and had them grill a tomato and add grilled onion.
