I like to make a veggie tray and then snack on it all week. I added some jiciama to mix it up a little more than the normal veggies I have.
Fruit salad for dessert :)
I make these vegetable skewers all the time. I love them. I even like to eat them cold left over, or throw on a salad, or warm them back up.
I chop the vegges, and in a gallon size bag I put a little olive oil, sea salt, pepper, and my new favorite seasoning I will blog about tomorrow. I also like to make extra's so we have some leftovers during the week.
