It's been two years since I've given up dairy, so it's been bringing back memories remembering what I used to eat.
I normally feel way better without dairy and it does not agree with my body, but ever since 5 weeks pregnant I've wanted dairy. The interesting thing is I don't have the same reaction I used to, except the horrible complexion, but that could just be the pregnancy hormones (hard to tell). I even eat cheese and I think cheese is just gross, but not now.
Anyways...I've been wanting veggies and ranch dip, so I remembered this oldie but goodie.
Greek yogurt mixed with Simply Organic (ranch, dill, or french onion dip). So easy and great for parties.
