Pros & Cons

Pro's of Working Out While Pregnant - Refer to old post of over 100 benefits, but a few are:

  • More Energy 
  • Limits the "crazy/psycho" pregnancy moments
  • Easier Recovery 
  • Prepares body for birth 
  • Plus 100's more reasons 
Husband wonders why I can run, do spin, kickboxing, weights, etc but I can't use the vacuum.  Hmmm....
Okay maybe I can vacuum.   Some how cleaning the house really wipes me out and does a number on my back, but luckily working out does not :)
