Garlic Roasted Cauliflower

This simple recipe is delicious.

1. cut 1 head cauliflower into bite size pieces
2. add coconut oil
3. sprinkle nutritional yeast, garlic powder, & sea salt
4. massage oil and seasoning
5. back @ 375 degrees for about 30 min

It's kind of like cheesy popcorn, but way healthier
