7/29 Lunch

Veggies & Hummus- great way to get more vegetables in as a snack
Snack while I made my lunch

1/2 c carrots
1/4 c snap peas
1 mini red pepper
1 Tbsp TJ Tomato Basil Hummus
87.5 calories

Shirataki Tofo Noodles
One package Shirataki noodles (found in Tofu section of grocery store)
1 Vegetable Kabob fm TJ
1 egg
Made noodles according to packaged, grilled veggies and stir fried together. Love these noodles only 40 calories for the whole bag!
