7/29 Post-Workout Breakfast











Banana Almond Oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal w/ 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp ground flax seed
  • 1 tsp wheat germ
  • Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 banana
Love to keep some almond butter on the spoon and get a little bit of banana oatmeal together. So good and so filling.
