7/29 Pre-workout

Love to start my day with hot lemon water before I eat. It is very cleansing and detoxifying. Great for your digestive system.

2 cups hot water w/ 1/2 squeezed organic lemon

Cranberry Cocktail- 1oz Unsweetened Cranberry Juice + 8oz water+ 1/2 tsp ground flaxseed+ 1/2 fruit punch zenergize tablet

1 cup black coffee
1/2 banana
* This is why I always have to go to the bathroom at boot camp
Total= 54.75 cal
