Small banana pre-workout- great for energy
Love my new panini grill! Got this recipe from Rosanne- thanks it is so good!
English Muffin Breakfast Sandwich (283 Calories) + One cup of strawberries (45 calories)
  • Ezekiel English muffin
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 2 basil leaves
  • 6 tablespoons egg whites
  • 1/2 oz avocado
  • 1/2 slice light Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 tsp agave nectar

    Raw Agave Nectar- bought at Whole Foods. This is a great sugar to use because it doesn't spike your blood sugar. Super sweet only need a tiny bit.

    Great Power Snack! So good made in Panini Grill.
    Ezekiel tortilla with 1 tbsp Almond Butter and 1/4 tsp Agave Nectar = 250

1 cup watermelon

1.5 Solo Bar

Tofu 2 Go- great protein snack. Kind of hard to find bought at Henry's. 2 triangles= 150 calories


Apples & Cinnamon
Tofu Spaghetti (Shirataki Noodles- found in Tofu section) Whole bag= only 40 calories!
Small salad (1 c. lettuce/ 1/2 tomato/ 1 tsp Italian dressing) with
Tofu Spaghetti and Zucchini
  • 1 bag Shitaki Spaghetti noodles
  • 1/2 cup classic spinach garlic tomato sauce
  • 2 mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup zucchini
  • 1 clove garlic
Dessert Mix
  • 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Carob Chips (legume- part of pea family, no caffeine, no sugar)
  • 2 Tablespoons Kashi Go Lean
  • 1 Tablespoon Better N Butter
  • Calories = 138.3
Something was missing...It need some peanut butter. I've had this Better n' Peanut Butter sitting in my frig. because it is only 100 calories for 1 tablespoon, but it's been sitting there because it just doesn't compare to the real thing. I tried it again and took my little espresso spoon and rolled the carob chips and Kashi Go Lean together and it was good. Sometimes I just have to try things again and my taste changes for it. I'll learn to like it. I might save it for baking.
