Blueberry Banana Protein Pancakes



First time I've made these and I like them.
  • 1/4 c. oatmeal
  • 2 egg whites
  • 34 g banana (1/4 - 1/2 banana)
  • 1/4 c blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 scoop Jay Robb Vanilla Protein Powder

Mix together and pour on hot skillet sprayed with non-stick spray. I sliced the banana and then put the slices on top, so they are grilled on top of the pancake- so good.

Great breakfast to get in whole grains, fruit, and lots of protein early in the day. Tastes sweet with the grilled bananas and blueberries just had them plain, but could add a little agave nectar or apple sauce to sweeten .
