True Lemon Water and watermelon


I added this packet of True Lemon to my water. Great little packets of just crystallized lemon, no calories, and no artificial sweeteners.

2 cups of watermelon. Makes a great snack since it is so hot out today. Full of vitamin A, C, and B vitamins. Eating fruits and vegetables with a lot of water helps to stay hydrated and because of its high water content and is low in calories, it is great for your health because you get more nutrients per calorie.
