I like to make this salad because it is so quick and easy.
Just 2 cups Romain lettuce, 1/2 small tomato, 1 oz. avocado, and 1 tsp Italian dressing.

I used 3 oz. of the low sodium turkey from Costco (and they have it at Trader Joe's, but it is a better deal at Costco). 3 Ak-mak crackers (great because they are a whole grain), 1 wedge light laughing cow cheese. I put the turkey in a skillet and cooked it so it browned and was warm to make this taste better.
