ReplyDeleteI followed the link to your blog from katheats and I'm so glad I did!! I love how you post what you ate throughout the day in order...starting with breakfast and working your way down to dinner, and that you post calories. I will definitely be keeping up with your blog! :)
ReplyDeleteI forgot to ask...do you cook the cottage cheese with the eggs or just plop it on your plate at the end?
ReplyDeleteAlso, do you ever eat oatmeal? Thanks! :)
Hi Ladies,
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you found my blog useful.
Tina- Love your blog!
I got that soup in a box from Trader Joes = 90 cal for 1 cup. I love it because it is low sodium, thick, is quick to just heat up and keeps me full. I love to dip the grilled sweet potatoes in it as well as the pita alternative. Sometimes I add in white beans.
Hayley- I cook the peppers with the garlic first, then I add in spinach till it wilts a little, then I add in the eggs. I like to put the cottage cheese on afterward so it stays the same consistency.
Love oatmeal! Eat it all the time. If you look back at some of the past days, you can see how I like to mix it up. I like the McCanes Steel Cut oatmeal. I make 1 cup oatmeal with 6 cups of water (to make more) and once it is cooked I divide it up into 4 glass pyrex containers, so it is easy to just heat up.
