Strap the "girls" down

A supportive sports bra is a must!  Especially,  as your sports bras get worn and lose there elasticity or as you lose weight, make sure you get sports bras that are supportive.   

Nancy reminded my of Title Nine, which has some great sports bras in a variety of sizes and shapes.  I'm laughing out loud as she wrote "especially for those of us who are busty and don't want out boobs slapping us in the face (and eventually ending up by our knees".
