Berry Vanilla Protein Smoothie

Ingredience
  • 1 scoop Jay Robb's Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • 3/4 frozen mixed berries
  • 1 12oz glass filled with water and crushed ice
  • 1/4 cup greek total zero yogurt
  • 1/8th banana

Directions

1. Mix ingredients in blender on high speed
Calories = 220
Can also add...
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Agave nectar to make it sweeter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tablespoon flaxseed or benefiber
I love my Vitamix blender. It is well worth the money, just in the fact that it cleans itself and you don't have to take it apart.
