November 17th


The morning routine
hot lemon water
unsweetened cranberry, 1 tsp flaxseed, 1/2 zenergize
Shot glass of Apple Cider Vinegar

Breakfast #1- post- boot camp class #1
Banana
green tea- love to make this in the morning and take it with me for after class.  
Breakfast #2
Fage Total Zero Yogurt
1 cup cantaloupe, 1/4 cup blackberries, 1/4 cup strawberries
Lunch-
Made this turkey chili yesterday- it is really good.  This is the recipe of the week from the newsletter.  
Chili- 185 calories
stirred in 1 tbsp greek yogurt -7.5 cal
Light English muffin - 100 cal

Wanted more because it was so good, but didn't need it because I was satisfied, so I had some tea.  
Snack-
I forgot to grab my apple when I went out the door.  All I had was these carrots in my cooler.  25 cal.  
Snack- Had an apple when I got home (80 cal) 
Dinner-
At the last minute when had friends over for dinner.  Luckily, I had already made all that chili from the night before, so I just warmed it up and made a salad.  I'm always scared that if people aren't used to eating healthy that they won't like my food.  There is no chili left, so hopefully that is a good sign.  
Snack-
Frozen yogurt date with my husband Dan.
Tried this new only 7 calorie frozen yogurt.  It was really good, full of fake sugar, but satisfying for so few calories.  
1/2 pumpkin & 1/2 chocolate.

  1. I can't wait to make your chili, it sounded so good in the recipe and looks yummy! Where did you go on your yogurt date? I have to try it!:)
