- 85g broccoli
- 1/4 cup brown rice
- 1 tablespoon Trader Joe's Island Soyaki (Seeta brought this to the boot camp girls night in and I love this, it is so much better than my plain stir fry- Thanks Seeta!)
Snack
Spinach Pear Salad
- 3 cups spinach
- 1/8th pear
- 10g raw walnuts
- 1 tablespoon fat free feta
- 1 tablespoon champagne pear vinaigrette
Dessert
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup blackberries

2/3 cup Puffins w/ 10 raw almonds (calories 170)
