I packed Trader Joe's individual packages of oatmeal with
flaxseed, so I could just add hot water. We stopped by Einstein's Bagels on the way to drive the
ironman course. I packed my own green tea to have, but Einstein's has
Harney & Son's green tea, which is one of the best teas, so I bough that instead of having mine. I really wanted a bagel because Dan was having one, but for 320 calories, I didn't want it that bad. I knew my oatmeal would keep me full longer. I just got some hot water and mixed it in the cup. It was really good.

Had one hard boiled egg white and 1 c
cantaloupe/1/2 cup strawberries/1/4 cup blueberries.

25 calorie pack of carrots and an apple
Didn't want to eat the carrots, but made myself. I knew I would feel better about it after I did.

Made a wrap before I left and I also brought enough stuff to make one more wrap during the trip.
- 1/2 Tomato basil La Tortilla factory tortilla
- 1 oz low sodium turkey
- 1/2 light string cheese
- Dijon mustard
- lettuce

Lunch at King's Fish House
Had a salad to start with- oops, I forgot to ask for the dressing on the side. I had Fat free honey mustard dressing, it was the only fat free dressing they had- it wasn't that good.
I ordered seared Ahi with steamed vegetables- no oil or butter.
