Breakfast
1/2 medifast w/ coffee
oatmeal w/ 1/2 banana sliced
My husband and I are spending Christmas at my in-law's house, so I just packed up some of my produce that I did not want to go bad and I also took a few staples like my oatmeal.
mixed fruit salad
pancakes w/ lite syrup
small scoop of eggs

Had a little more eggs and fruit.
Snack- kids cliff bar (120)
Just tried the blueberry cause the girls in class said it tastes like a blueberry muffin- it is really good- tastes pretty sweet to me.
Lunch
- Spinach, orange pepper, carrot, tomato, and light italian dressing salad
- Celery with 1/2 light laughing cow wedge
- 1/2 sandwich- 1 slice toasted wheat bread, 2 oz low sodium turkey, 1/2 light laughing cow cheese, tomato, and mustard
- a few pieces of watermelon
My mother-in-law Cathy is great! She bought me the low sodium turkey I like from Costco, yogurt, and a lot of vegetables before I got here, since we will be here till Christmas!
Dinner
1 cup of vegetable soup (34 cal) (recipe of the week fm last weeks newsletter- didn't want it to go bad, so I brought what was left with me).
- Lots of Romain lettuce (10 cal)
- chili lime chicken (100 cal)
- side of greek yogurt- I mixed in (~25 cal)
- one tortilla (140 cal)
