I hope you can join me March 4th at 6pm for An Evening with Rancho La Puerta. I've been wanting to take a cooking class with them for over a year now because Rancho La Puerta is an amazing healthy spa in Mexico that is $2,000-$3,000 a week that offers fitness classes, hikes, spa treatments, and all healthy food. Although, I still dream of spending a week there someday, this is a little more affordable way to learn how to prepare some of their healthy entrees here in San Diego. I also have the Rancho La Puerta cook book thanks to Laura Boyer, who always hooks me up with the best cook books, and it is filled with delicious and nutritious recipes.

I'm signed up for the one on March 4th, but the other cooking class on March 12th also looked good. I posted it below. Let me know, if anyone is interested in going and I will sign up for that one too. It looks good, but is at 10:30am on a Thursday, so I wasn't sure how many people could make that time.
