February 22nd


Breakfast
The Kashi Go Lean Waffles are so good. I mixed it up by making one with applesauce topped with banana and strawberries. The other one I topped with almond butter, banana slices, and sprinkled with cinnamon.
Also had hot chocolate medifast w/ black coffee

Snack
1/3 cup cinnamon puffins 50 calories
-High Fiber, Low Fat, Wheat Free

Snack
  • Raw Veggies (cucumbers, celery, carrots, tomatoes, & broccoli)
  • 1/2 serving of Fage Greek Total Zero Yogurt w/ 1/2 tsp French Onion Mix

Lunch
  • Warmed up the left over Italian Garlic Chicken and had it with an Ezekiel bun, lettuce, & tomato
  • Sweet Potato Fries w/ ketchup
This lunch kept me full for a long time and was really good.

The ketchup is from Trader Joe's, so it does not have high fructose corn syrup
The fries I got in the frozen section of Whole Foods.

Dinner
  • Salad- red leaf lettuce, spring mix
  • Kidney beans
  • Tomatoe
  • 1 oz Avocado
  • 1 tablespoon fat free italian dressing
  • 2 pieces italian garlic chicken

Dessert
  • Bran & Cascadian Farms O's
  • 1/4 Cliff Kids
  • 1/8th banana

Still a little hungry and felt like some cereal
Mix of Kashi Go Lean and bran cereal topped with sliced bananas and unsweetened almond milk.
