February 19th



Breakfast - 377 calories total
  • 1/2 medifast w/ 1 cup black coffee
  • Kashi Go Lean 7 grain waffles topped w/
  • 3 tablespoons TJ organic unsweetened applesauce
  • 10g walnuts
  • 60g banana
  • 2 tablespoons blueberries
I like to put thought into making it complete w/ good fat, fiber, and protein to start my day off right.

New favorite tea- Orange Blossom White Tea
White Tea has more antioxidants than green tea, so trying to add this in a little more.
Getting tired of green tea, so I might just need to mix it up with trying different flavored green teas.

Snack- before I put it in the panini grill

After snack was grilled- 265 calories
  • ezekiel tortilla
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • sliced apple
  • sprinkle cinnamon
Wrapped in foil to put in my lunch box to have for later.

  • 1/2 medifast w/ 1 cup black coffee (55 calories)

Snack- 170 calorie total
  • Fuze drink 10 calories
  • raw carrots, celery, broccoli, cucumbers
  • 1/2 yogurt mixed w/ 1/2 tsp dill seasoning

Snack- the rest of my apple that I cut for my tortilla

Dinner- 305 calories
  • 1/2 Ezekiel English muffin toasted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice Swiss cheese
  • Avocado
  • Lawyer's season salt & parsley
Dan was just about to eat this when I came home and he gave me 1/2. So so good I wanted another one, but figured out the calories and it was too much, so decided to make a salad and just put the egg on top.

Trying to mix up my salads and get in different nutrients by buying different types of lettuce
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 cup red leaf lettuce
  • broccoli
  • 1 oz avocado
  • 1/2 Roma tomato
  • 1 tablespoon fat free Italian dressing
  • 1 egg w/ season salt and parsley

Dessert
  • bite of kidz cliff bar
  • 1/3 cup puffins

Still hungry...had a little more
  • 1/3 cup puffins w/ 13 raw almonds
  • 3/4 kids cliff bar
