So happy with the first custom made Fit 2 Wed exercise and eating journals, but want to continue to improve them. I'm submitting changes that I want made for the new exercise & eating journals.
I would love any feedback or suggestions, just post a comment after this post by Sunday 2/22. I plan on keeping the format the same and still keeping it a light & portable as I can with still having plenty of room to write.
A few that are on my list already:
- Add a box to fill in your weight for Mondays weight-in day
- Include a simple list of common fruits and vegetables nutritional information
- Add in the goal tracking sheet- so you don't have to print and tape it in
- Add in a sample page in the front of how to fill it out
- a little thicker paper- maybe
- Add in serving sizes and portion sizes information
- Include emotional eating quiz- as a reminder/check if it is physical or emotional hunger
- Add in a page to write down recipes
- Include more boxes for the added fitness assessments
- More structured format/boxes to write in what your fitness goals are
