February 2nd


Breakfast #1 (162.5 calories)
  • 1 cup fruit salad (banana, pineapple, grapes, kiwi, strawberries, blueberries)
  • 3 egg whites w/ pepper
  • 1/2 medifast w/ black coffee

Tried a Kumquat (super sour- did not like it)

Breakfast #2 (210 calories)
Shown before being stirred up- flaxseed, wheat germ, blueberries, steel cut oatmeal, fat free cottage cheese


Out for a lunch date to a new place. It is right across from CBW in Mission Valley. I can't remember who in class told me about this place, but thanks so much! It was great!

I got the Chicken Veggie Bowl w/ brown rice 440 calories
This was so much- lots of brown rice on the bottom, vegetables, and chicken
I asked for a to go container and dumped it all into the container so I could see how much it was and eat w/out it falling onto the table.
Shown below is what I ate, but there is still about a cup of rice I left in the bowl. So so good!
I definitely recommend this place.

Dinner
The "Get Your Ass out of the Kitchen Salad"
So...I sit up on the stool and tell my husband exactly what, how much, and how to make it for dinner, but tonight he said enough and kicked me out.
I told him I wanted a salad, but he made me not even turn around and look at what he was making in the kitchen.
He made an incredible salad with grilled turkey, walnuts, ff feta, field greens, pear, tomatoes, and onions
I just love him!

Dessert
Left over 1/2 small pinkberry w/ blueberries and strawberries
already had the blueberries in from when I had the 1st 1/2, so they were frozen in the yogurt-so so good!
