Grilled Ahi Dinner Salad

Salads for dinner are a great way to fill up on lots of vegetables, lean protein, and keep it low in calories.  
The pre-marinated Ahi from Trader Joe's tastes great and only takes about 10 minutes to cook.
To keep from getting board with salad I like to add in different vegetables and mix up the salad dressings.  Sometimes as simple as adding in broccoli, snap peas, salsa, or a new vegetable to change things up a little.  
My husband takes such good care of me.  Making dinner for us and a friend coming over.  
Making dinner together in the evening can be a great way to spend time with your spouse, save money, and take care of your health.  If you are single, cooking with your roommates, or inviting another boot camper, or your friends over to try out healthy recipes can be a great way to hang out and eat healthy.  See ingredients each of you have and put them together to make something good.
