January 30th



New Favorite Breakfast!!
Blueberry Banana Nut Waffles (301 cal) 
  • Kashi Go Lean frozen waffles
  • Trader Joe's Unsweetened Organic Applesauce
  • 1/2 sliced banana
  • Blueberries
  • 5g walnuts
Had this w/ 1/2 medifast and 1 cup coffee
Snack
  • Sliced apple w/ sprinkled cinnamon
  • Homemade Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Walnut Bar (126 cal) 
Lunch
  • Leftover Ahi Salad from dinner last night
  • Flame grilled Boca Burger 
  • Ezekiel Bun 
  • red onion, tomato, mustard, ketchup

Dinner 
  • Roasted vegetables with shrimp and brown rice
  • Brown rice, roasted vegetables, and shrimp from Trader Joe's- really I think should be endorsed by them as much as I promote their store.  
Dessert
  • Tru chocolate
  • Mini ezekiel tortilla w/ almond butter and 4 smashed blackberries
