January 31st

Breakfast 
  • 1/2 medifast w/ 1 cup black coffee
  • 1 cup greek total zero yogurt w/ sliced banana
Breakfast #2
Dan made this breakfast (toast, eggs, vegetables, avocado) and it would have been great, except he was trying to use the mini prep food processor and pureed the vegetables instead of chopping them.  Gave him one of my avocado slices.  
Snack
  • La tortilla factory tortilla 
  • 1 tablespoon homemade peanut butter
  • blackberries 
Snack
  • Sliced apple
  • 2/3 cup cinnamon puffins 
  • 14g raw almonds
Dessert
Tru chocolate
My husband, Dan, has been so great!  He has been amazing at taking care of me. I just tell him what to make and he has been making it for me.  I love it!!!  I have a hard time getting him to drop my stuff on the scale, but sometimes I can get him to weigh it without a "look".  
Dinner
  • Red leaf lettuce
  • carrots
  • cucumber 
  • broccoli
  • snap peas
  • 2 tablespoons brown rice
  • grilled salmon (wild frozen pre-marinated salmon from Costco)
  • 1 tablespoon fat free italian dressing 
Dessert
Cranberry apple tea
1 bite larabar cashew cookie
